Shannon has been doing my eyelash extensions for several years. She is amazing! My lashes look beautiful AND natural. Even my opthamologist thought they were mine. Yesterday, after my lash appointment, I decided to treat myself further and saw Candace for a Lalicious Pedicure. I have had Lyphoedema (fluid retention) in my lower legs for 30 years. Candace massaged my lower leg and feet, a wonderful experience. This morning when I got out of bed, I couldn’t believe how much better my legs look. I have been going to the Skin Care Institute for more than 10 years, and I have many facials and manicures in my life, but Kelly does the very best facial I have ever had, and Shannon's manicures are fantastic. In addition, everyone is wonderful and very professional. The Skincare Institute is simply the very best. I have had several wonderful experiences during my Reiki sessions with Ryan! She is very warm, welcoming and makes You feel comfortable from the get go. Her sessions leave me feeling refreshed, clear headed and give me an overall better sense of well-being. Reiki is a great way to focus on your wellness and Ryan is a great practitioner!

I wasn't sure what to expect during my first Reiki session. Ryan made me feel very comfortable and it didn't take long before I was practically asleep on the massage table. I suffer from chronic back pain and have tried everything to ease it. I can't believe the difference I felt after experiencing Reiki. Yesterday, I visited the Skin Care Institute for the first time and had a Brazilian bikini wax with Kelly. She made a typically painful process as painless as possible. I honestly don't think I've ever had one that gentle, and I definitely will be going back.

I am a regular customer at Brightwater. I have tried two other spas in the Columbia, MD area--one for a sports massage and another for eyebrow waxing--and will never go back. I have recommended Brightwater to some of my friends and co-workers and they raved about the staff and overall atmosphere as well. Their prices are very reasonable and they carry my eye cream, which I can't find in other places in Columbia, MD! Why go anywhere else!
